Disclaimers

  1. Limited Liability
The effectiveness of Paideia Prestige’s consulting depends on clients providing accurate and complete materials in a timely manner, and on students engaging fully with assignments, activities, and recommendations.
  2. Shared Responsibilities
Advising is a collaborative process. Families, students, and consultants each hold shared responsibilities to ensure progress and success. These responsibilities are outlined in the formal client agreement.
  3. No Guarantee of Admission
Fees paid cover advisory services only. The decision of where to apply rests with the student and family. Paideia Prestige makes no guarantee of placement, admission, or acceptance at any institution.
  4. Independent Advising
Paideia Prestige does not accept compensation from institutions. All recommendations are independent and student-centered.
  5. Not a Tourism Company
Immersion Tours are educational in nature. Families are responsible for arranging their own travel, lodging, meals, and related logistics. Paideia Prestige curates the educational itinerary and provides admissions guidance, but does not function as a travel agency or tourism provider.
  6. Immersion Tour Waiver
Participation in Immersion Tours carries inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, theft, or travel disruption. Families will be required to sign a separate release form acknowledging these risks, authorizing emergency medical care if needed, and agreeing that Paideia Prestige is not liable for accidents, emergencies, or unforeseen events, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
  7. Political & Social Awareness
Families are advised that state, local, and international laws, as well as university policies, are subject to change. These may affect aspects of student life including, but not limited to, vaccine requirements, healthcare access, medications, contraceptives, firearms, drugs, and alcohol. It is the responsibility of families to research and evaluate these conditions before choosing an institution or participating in a tour.
  8. Introductory Consultations
An introductory consultation does not constitute a signed agreement to work together. It is an opportunity for both the family and Paideia Prestige to determine whether services are the right fit.
  9. Media & Social Media Consent
Paideia Prestige respects family privacy. Photos, videos, testimonials, or student features will never be shared on social media or marketing materials without a signed media release form. Families may opt in or out of media use at the time of agreement. Consent is strictly optional.
  10. Client Information
All client information is collected for the purpose of advising. Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties beyond what is required to deliver services.
